Revelation for Windows - Empire Builder (FlagShip)

Empire Builder is our premium business package and is aimed at large sized businesses with more advanced accounting requirements of all types. This sophisticated package offers Debtors, Creditors, General and Stock Ledgers, Invoicing and Point of Sale. Empire Builder also keeps track of Purchase Orders, Sales Orders and Sales Quotes and has an unlimited capacity in all ledgers.
Advanced features include Bill-of-Materials (manufacturing), Serial-number tracking, Recurring Charges, Foreign Currency Supplier and Customer accounts, individual price lists per customer, Report Writer directly linked to Microsoft Excel, post-dated cheque handling. Additional Add-on modules are included with Empire Builder. These include an Asset Manager, the Workshop Manager, an integrated SMS module, a Warranty Swopout module and more. uncomplicated business off the ground with the minimum cost, fuss and
hassle. It includes Debtors, Creditors, General Ledger and Invoicing.
Priced for the entry-level user, it will allow a small business with
simple accounting functions to effectively control its accounting
requirements. Features include full account history available on-line
for up to 72 months, reprint old customer invoices from up to 72 months
ago, all records have an unlimited length “Notes” field for comments
related to each record.
UpStart is a single-user, single company product (non-networkable).
Revelation Addon Modules
Workshop Manager for Windows
This is an add-on module designed for service and manufacturing
companies that use a job card system track and control work in progress.
Job cards can stay open until the job is completed and may be amended
at any time. Once completed, a Job may be invoiced out. Up to 9 user
definable fields may be added to job cards that are application
specific.
For example, in a vehicle service station, the fields
could be labelled “Make”, “Model”, “Year”, “Odometer”, etc. Job Quotes
can be produced and then converted into Job Cards. Job “Templates” may
be created for standard jobs which can be imported into job cards thus
avoiding repetitive entry of the same data. Serial numbers of items
being serviced can be tracked for guarantee purposes, employee hours
worked. The Workshop Manager operates as an integrated Add-on module for
the Achiever, Small Business and Enterprise Editions of Revelation and
all Job Cards it produces automatically update stock levels customer
accounts and the general ledger in the accounting section. The Workshop
Manager includes Manufacturing Job Cards that allow you to control the
manufacturing of stock items on Job Cards. It also caters for Purchase
Orders and Goods Receiving that can be linked to specific Service Job
Cards.

turned into a Cash Register. With features such as a Built-in Credit
card switch, it is easy to handle large Point-of-Sales environments such
as Supermarkets and Hardware stores.
On-the-fly manufacturing
allows accurate stock control in fast-food environments and coffee
shops. Our built-in Liquor Store module makes handling of Crates,
Six-packs and singles a breeze. Our live stock take feature allows for
stock take to take place whilst the store continues to function
normally.
Assets Manager
This module is available both as a standalone or integrated into the main Revelation Package. Keep track of all the company assets in an advanced environment with features that allow you to automatically or manually depreciate your assets into the general Ledger. Ordering, buying and selling of assets is made easy through the link to the general functionality of Revelation.
